Requirements/Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.

  • Valid physiotherapy license or certification as required by local regulations.

  • Experience in musculoskeletal rehabilitation is preferred; however, we also welcome physiotherapists with experience in other areas as well as new graduate physiotherapists looking for mentorship.

  • Strong knowledge of medical terminology related to physiotherapy and rehabilitation.

  • Excellent communication skills to interact with patients, families, and the healthcare team.

  • Ability to work independently while also contributing to a collaborative team environment.

  • Compassionate approach to patient care, with a focus on achieving the best possible patient outcomes.

Pay Structure & Earnings Potential

  • Competitive Pay Split: Starting at 50%, with the potential for higher splits based on performance and experience.

  • Earnings Range: Between $110/hr to $121/hr depending on experience.

  • Work-Life Balance: With a maximum of 2 patients per hour, you can provide quality care while maintaining a sustainable workload.
