Contacting the clinic

This website does not collect patient intake or clinical information through a web form. Call reception for appointments or to ask how to share information through the clinic’s approved channels. Keep ordinary email to general inquiries.

Booking systems

Appointment links take you to the clinic’s existing Practice Perfect or Jane booking system. Those providers explain how they handle information submitted through their own services.

Website measurement

The public website uses Google Analytics to measure overall visits, scrolling and interactions such as phone, booking and directions clicks, along with browser and device information. Clicks do not confirm calls or appointments. You can turn analytics off at any time using Analytics settings in the footer; your preference is stored in this browser. We do not intentionally send patient information, form contents, service page names, page-specific URLs or URL query strings to Analytics, and advertising personalization is disabled. Analytics is disabled on the preview website. Google processes analytics data under its own privacy policy.
